Post image for Reading List

I’m trying to read one book a week – not usually an easy feat, but I kind of make it happen by obsessively uploading audio versions to my Ipod. An hour of audio every morning, usually while working out, gets my mind thrilled and full of excitement at the start of the day.

Among the reading list I include some seminars and diverse audio programs. It might not be reading but it has kind of the same goal.

I place a star () next to the books which I believe are great recommendations.
